LedgerVenture LLC provides an AI personal assistant ("Jane") that sends and receives text messages (SMS/MMS) on behalf of the account holder. Messages may include scheduling confirmations, reminders, task updates, and general personal or professional communication.
By providing your phone number directly to the account holder — whether in person, by business card, by email, or through other direct communication — and receiving a message from our service, you consent to receive text messages from LedgerVenture AI Assistant Messaging. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies based on the nature of your relationship with the account holder. You will only receive messages relevant to your direct interactions.
Standard message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.
To stop receiving messages at any time, reply STOP to any message from us. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you re-initiate contact.
For assistance, reply HELP to any message. You will receive instructions on how to opt out and contact information for support.
Our messaging service is compatible with all major US wireless carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carrier support may vary.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
LedgerVenture LLC is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier network issues, device incompatibility, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
